I love Margaritaville for the main reason that if I am there, I am on vacation as there are none anywhere near where I live. The book that I got for reviewing was a “sampler” of the full-length cookbook but nonetheless I found recipes that I want to try (especially the drinks and desserts) and some I know I would have to do some serious ingredient sourcing for as I know I cannot easily get Lionfish here in my corner of Canada. The index of the book means that I will for sure be looking to by it next time I am I Atlantic City or NOLA drinking some seriously amazing/ not-available-in-Canada tequila and eating some really good food, parrot-head style.
