As someone who suffers from IBS/IBD this book is a good way to get me back on track --- I am a food addict and everything I love sets off my IBS/IBD. This book gave me recipes to get my tract back on track (oh so punny) with solid advice and great sounding recipes. This is one of the best books out there that explains in plain English FODMAP's principles and how to work them into your life and be in better health as a result.
