I do not camp. Or eat outdoors. But I do go to cabins and never know what to cook --- this book had recipes I would make away from my kitchen and at home, as they are easy and yummy looking. (And I love my cast iron pans which are so prevalent in these recipes. A great book for the outdoor lover in your life!
