I am always interested in eating healthier meals and this book falls into that realm with its Paleo-friendly vegan diet … but this diet has not worked for me in the past. I became anemic and my IBD flared up to the point of being bed-bound for a few days while my low blood sugar crashed from the fruit recommended in the diet and the three meals only a day (as I eat six small ones and have for years!) BUT THAT WAS JUST MY EXPERIENCE … it may not be yours as the science presented seems solid and is well backed up and it could easily work for you.

I did pick up some excellent recipes to use along with foods that work for me and I think that anyone would benefit from the contents of the book and said recipes. Try it for yourself and see if it works for YOU.
