Ready For a new year and a new you?? There are some seriously yummy recipes in this book that will make you want to cook more and more vegan food (or be a flexitarian and add to it is you want some non-plant products such as dairy and meat). I particularily like the section on bowls – who doesn’t like a big bowl of yumminess? There are some wonderful recipes in here and this book would be an excellent addition to any cookbook shelf!
