Oh, how I loved this book ... I was so excited to be approved that I stayed up until 2 am and finished it last night!! There are so many fabulous, easy ways to incorporate nutritious foods into your diet that are chock full of good stuff. You don't have to go or be vegan to enjoy this book, anyone and I mean anyone can get something from reading it and going on the road to a healthier life. 5 solid stars.
