The Artful Baker ... food porn!!!

tHIS BOOK IS A JEWEL. I was gobsmacked by the amazing photos of all the lovely baked goods that the author showed us. His croissants were a work of art but I doubt that I would or could spend nine hours on them the SECOND DAY of the recipe.

If I had the time or talent this would be the book that I would reference all the time .. a MUST for serious bakers
