Lomelino's Pies: A Celebration of Pies, Galettes, and Tarts

I love pie .. love pie. Would eat pie every day if I could.Her pies are incredibly decorated with pastry designs and the photos of them are amazing. The fillings are just incredible in their combination of flavours - there is a guide at the front of the book with 9 pies and how she treated the pastry and its end result in colour and shininess. This was very helpful as her pies all looked over-baked, overly brown and bordering on burnt, IMHO. Yummmy. (less)
