Tots! A Cookbook

Disclaimer --- I have never eaten a tater tot in my life. I hate french fries and I loathe ketchup but these recipes made me think that MAYBE there is a form of potato that is NOT MASHED that I would eat. (secret-I love McDonald's Hashbrowns ... no idea why!!)

The Country Fried Tater tots sound AMAZING and the teeny tiny Tot Cheeseburger Sliders are adorable! I cannot foresee ever making the cookies but this was an interesting read to someone who usually buys ingredients vs. pre-made food
