Sunrise, Sunset: 52 Weeks of Awe & Gratitude

I am not sure I get the point of this book --- there is wonderful photography of a sunrise or sunset along with a poem or an inspirational quote.Is it to inspire me? Remind me of the beauty in the world? I just DO NOT KNOW....maybe more for the spiritual or religious person?
